COCO MUSIC CLUB - RULES

§ 1 General Provisions
  • COCO Club does not operate as an open or publicly accessible venue. Entry to the Club is a privilege granted to COCO Club members and confirmed by possession of a club membership card.
  • Verification of club membership cards is carried out by a selector designated by the Club, who invites guests to enter the Club.
  • The rules for granting membership in the COCO Club and for using club membership cards are available at the Club premises.
  • At selected events, the selector may decide to admit persons who do not possess a club membership card.
  • Entry to the Club is prohibited for persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances, behaving aggressively, as well as for minors (in selected cases, persons under 20 years of age).
  • It is prohibited to bring into the Club any beverages or food, weapons, knives, pyrotechnic materials or fire-hazardous materials, drugs, or other intoxicating substances.
  • Any damage to the Club’s equipment shall result in the responsible guest being charged the cost of repairing or removing the damage.
  • Vomiting within the Club premises shall result in the guest being charged a cleaning service fee of PLN 100.
§ 2 Tickets and Presale
  • Ticket sales at presale points are conducted exclusively for COCO Club members in order to disseminate information about events, facilitate ticket office operations at the Club entrance, and forecast the number of people interested in a given event.
  • Information regarding events (posters, flyers, event advertisements) is addressed exclusively to COCO Club members and is intended solely to inform COCO Club members about events.
  • Due to the possibility of transferring a presale ticket to another person, the purchase of a presale ticket is treated as a preliminary agreement. It does not guarantee entry to the Club for persons without a club membership card. If a person holding a presale ticket does not possess a club membership card, the Club shall refund the ticket price to that person at the Club entrance. The refund may be made no later than on the date of the event.
  • Failure to possess a club membership card together with a presale ticket does not entitle the holder to any claims other than reimbursement of the ticket price.
  • The Club reserves the right to cancel an event without stating a reason. In such a case, persons holding presale tickets are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Cancellation of an event does not entitle the holder to any claims other than reimbursement of the ticket price.
  • Information regarding events at COCO Club and the applicable admission ticket prices is available on the Club’s website at: www.clubcoco.pl.
  • The Club shall not be liable for events constituting force majeure occurring during an event, such as disasters, fires, evacuations ordered by the Police or Fire Service, bomb threats, and shall not be obliged to refund ticket prices or pay compensation for any other claims related to the cancellation or interruption of an event for the above-mentioned reasons.
§ 3 Safety
  • For the safety of guests, the Club implements a security policy that includes monitoring the Club with CCTV cameras and protecting guests through security personnel.
  • Security personnel have the right to check the contents of clothing and items brought into the Club, give instructions to guests to facilitate the flow of people through the Club, manage evacuations, and take other necessary measures.
  • In the event of violations of the law or Club rules, or destruction of Club property, security personnel are authorized to decide that a guest must leave the Club premises, use physical force if necessary, and detain any person suspected of serious legal violations until the arrival of the Police.
  • Guests are required to comply with the instructions of COCO Club staff, in particular the Club’s security personnel and selectors.
  • Guests are prohibited from leaving the Club with alcoholic beverages.
  • The Club is equipped with a cloakroom responsible for managing left garments and personal items.
  • The cloakroom operates under a separate set of rules.
§ 4 Final Provisions
  • Entry to the event constitutes the participant’s consent to the free use of their image by the Organizer for marketing purposes. Persons who do not consent to the use of their image for the above purposes are requested to notify the Club staff during the event.
  • Guests of the Club consent to voluntarily remain in areas of increased noise that may occur on the Club premises.
  • Persons purchasing a ticket or present at COCO Club without a ticket are obliged to familiarize themselves with the COCO Club Rules and automatically agree to be bound by them.
